Thank you for shopping with Stitched Up. We handcraft every order with care and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.
1. Processing Times
Because we specialise in custom-made and personalised items, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Standard Processing

Custom items: Typically 7-14 business days

Non-custom items: Typically 3-5 business days
These times may extend slightly during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, along with bigger orders.
We will notify you if we anticipate any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using reliable carriers such as Royal Mail / EVRI / DPD.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days from the date your order has been printed.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections. At the current time, we only offer shipping available across the UK, and any orders that cannot meet this criteria shall unfortunately be cancelled due to international shipping costs.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for:

Lost packages

Additional shipping charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns from customizable orders, unless a fault is discovered from our part, due to the saleable nature of such items.
6. International Shipping,
At the current time, we only offer shipping available across the UK, and any orders that cannot meet this criteria shall unfortunately be cancelled due to international shipping costs.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping delays and lost packages can occur.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

Damaged Packages
