These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and any purchases made through it. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, and

  • Be legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell:

  • Custom clothing and personalised clothing

  • Workwear

  • Personalised gifts

  • Made-to-order and printed/embroidered items

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, photos, colours, and sizing information are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

  • Handmade and customised products may have small variations

  • Sizing may vary between brands and garment types

4. Personalised & Custom Items

Many of our items are made specifically to your requirements (for example: names, logos, custom text, colours, and design choices).

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Spelling and wording are correct

  • You have permission to use any logos, images, or trademarks supplied

  • Any sizing selections are correct

Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

5. Proofs & Approvals (If Applicable)

If we provide a digital proof/mock-up for approval:

  • You must check it carefully

  • Approval confirms you accept layout, spelling, and design

  • We are not responsible for errors once you approve the proof

6. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to:

  • Continue at the corrected price, or

  • Cancel for a full refund

7. Payment

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when:

  • We confirm acceptance by email, or

  • We begin production of your items

We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example if:

  • The design contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is suspected fraud

  • A customer repeatedly abuses our services

9. Production Times & Dispatch

As a small independent business, many items are made to order.

Production times vary depending on:

  • Item type

  • Customisation method (print/embroidery)

  • Order size

  • Stock availability

  • Seasonal demand

Estimated timeframes are shown on the website, but are not guaranteed.

If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

10. Delivery

We deliver within the UK and may offer international delivery depending on your options at checkout.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Begin once the item has been dispatched

  • Are estimates only

  • May be affected by courier delays beyond our control

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your delivery address is correct

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may charge for re-delivery.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

11.1 Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items are usually not eligible for return if you change your mind.

This includes items made to your specification such as:

  • Clothing with names or initials

  • Workwear with embroidered logos

  • Custom printed gifts

  • Bespoke design requests

11.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the fault/damage

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover return postage where appropriate.

11.3 Non-Personalised Items

If we sell any non-personalised items, you may be entitled to return them within 14 days of receiving them, provided:

  • They are unused

  • They are in original packaging

  • They are in resaleable condition

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

12. Workwear Orders & Business Customers

If you place an order as a business customer (B2B), different cancellation rights may apply.

We recommend business customers request a sample where possible before placing large uniform orders.

13. Customer-Supplied Content & Intellectual Property

If you upload or provide any design, logo, artwork, or text, you confirm that:

  • You own it, or

  • You have permission/licence to use it

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any content that we consider:

  • Offensive

  • Illegal

  • Hate-related

  • Discriminatory

  • Inappropriate

14. Our Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to [Your Business Name], including:

  • Graphics

  • Designs (unless provided by customers)

You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content without written permission.

15. Care Instructions & Product Use

You are responsible for following care instructions provided with your items.

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow garment care guidance

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunity

  • Delays caused by couriers or events outside our control

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

17. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Supplier shortages

  • Postal/courier disruption

  • Flood, fire, or extreme weather

  • Power outages

  • Illness or unavoidable operational disruption
