4. Personalised & Custom Items
Many of our items are made specifically to your requirements (for example: names, logos, custom text, colours, and design choices).

Any sizing selections are correct
Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.
5. Proofs & Approvals (If Applicable)
If we provide a digital proof/mock-up for approval:

Approval confirms you accept layout, spelling, and design

8. Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

The design contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

9. Production Times & Dispatch
As a small independent business, many items are made to order.
Production times vary depending on:

If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
10. Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may charge for re-delivery.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
11.1 Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items are usually not eligible for return if you change your mind.
This includes items made to your specification such as:

11.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Photos showing the fault/damage
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover return postage where appropriate.
11.3 Non-Personalised Items
If we sell any non-personalised items, you may be entitled to return them within 14 days of receiving them, provided:

They are unused

They are in original packaging

They are in resaleable condition
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
12. Workwear Orders & Business Customers
If you place an order as a business customer (B2B), different cancellation rights may apply.
We recommend business customers request a sample where possible before placing large uniform orders.
13. Customer-Supplied Content & Intellectual Property
If you upload or provide any design, logo, artwork, or text, you confirm that:
